We break down barriers by:
Facilitating socio-economic integration with Romanian society through employment, education, and community partnerships.
Providing career guidance, upskilling programs, and leadership training.
Supporting business creation and freelancing opportunities.
Offering legal, financial, and psychological support.
Building a global community of experts, mentors, and changemaker.
Building a next-generation educational platform where women and youth learn real-world skills from successful entrepreneurs, industry experts, and professionals who have built businesses and mastered their craft
By bridging the gap between displaced communities and local societies, we create lasting impact, stronger networks, and new opportunities.
And it’s happening right here in Romania.
Over 162,000 Ukrainian refugees and more than 185,000 immigrants now call Romania home.
In Romania, two key barriers prevent Ukrainian refugees from integrating into the workforce:
Language Barriers – Most jobs require at least a B1-level proficiency in Romanian, making it difficult for refugees to secure employment.
Credential Recognition – Many skilled professionals (doctors, engineers, beauty experts) cannot work in their fields due to diploma validation issues, forcing them into low-paying jobs.
