We are an international community of youth and women, who exchange experience, expertise, and ideas; collaborate and launch businesses together.

Our Mission


At BeWise, we empower women & youth, including refugees and migrants to rebuild, thrive, and lead. Through education, mentorship, and entrepreneurship, we provide the tools to create sustainable careers, launch businesses, and foster social and economic inclusion.



We break down barriers by:


  • Facilitating socio-economic integration with Romanian society through employment, education, and community partnerships.

Our Center

Our online & offline centers gather together the community of mentors (entrepreneurs and experts with experience), and mentees (youth and women) to offer practical solutions and mentorship, identify the best career opportunities and gifts for our mentees, and encImageourage them to follow their dreams.

Why Does It Matter?


Today, nearly one billion women around the world are unserved or underserved by the formal financial sector, unable to reach their full economic potential. If you brought all of these women together, they would make up the third-largest country in the world.

And it’s happening right here in Romania.
Over 162,000 Ukrainian refugees and more than 185,000 immigrants now call Romania home.

Without access to stable jobs, financial security, or support networks, thousands of Women & Youth, including refugee & immigrant are left behind—trapped in survival mode instead of thriving.

Everywhere in the world, women face social, cultural, and economic barriers to equality.

The Reality Refugee & Immigrant Women and youth Face

In Romania, two key barriers prevent Ukrainian refugees from integrating into the workforce:

  • Language Barriers – Most jobs require at least a B1-level proficiency in Romanian, making it difficult for refugees to secure employment.

  • Credential Recognition – Many skilled professionals (doctors, engineers, beauty experts) cannot work in their fields due to diploma validation issues, forcing them into low-paying jobs.
